6-month bank statement or employer salary confirmation letter

1 Guarantor with valid national ID & proof of employment/residence

What to attach with your Business Form:

Valid Ghana Card of business owner
Evidence of active trading (sales books, inventory receipts, or stall spot verification)
3–6 month Mobile Money merchant/wallet statement or bank records
1 credible guarantor with valid Ghana Card
1 passport-sized photograph
